Artist's Description
I purchased a pack of giant sunflower seeds for under $2, put a seed in a 5 gal container with soil and up came a giant 8ft tall sunflower. I spent a month photographing this beautiful flower using my 100mm lens and this is one of my favorites.

I started my photography career with my 1st digital camera that I purchased in 1999 and now use a Canon EOS 7D.
